Do you offer flat rates?
Yes. For moving and packing we offer flat rates by bedroom count. No taxes and no hidden fees. Flat rates include professional labor and standard materials. For moves and deliveries we provide a written flat quote once we confirm inventory, addresses, access, and any specialty items.
Do you provide written quotes?
Yes. Every job receives a written quote with scope and price.
Is the company budget friendly?
Yes. We are willing to work with any reasonable price to move a client. Share your target budget and we will propose options such as off-peak scheduling, partial packing, or bundle pricing. You receive a clear written quote before you book.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. We offer 10 percent off for Veterans, EMS, and senior citizens, and for thrift store purchases. Please mention the discount at booking and provide valid ID or receipt. One discount per job. Discounts usually apply to the labor portion.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes. Same day delivery is available within our service area, subject to crew and truck availability. Call or text (850) 849-1471 and we will confirm the earliest arrival window.
