A remote‑friendly process from start to finish
Our flat‑rate packages are organized by the home size because that is the most reliable indicator of time, crew size, and materials required.
- Virtual walk‑through and quote. We meet by video and review each room. You will receive a flat‑rate or custom quote based on size and access.
- If you are not in town, use FedEx Overnight to send a key to our office. We sign for it and confirm safe receipt.
- Before our team begins, we capture a timestamped photo of each room so you can see the starting point.
- Packing and protection. We pack your home with boxes and bubble wrap included. Furniture is wrapped and padded, then staged for loading.
- Live GPS updates. You receive a GPS screenshot when the crew is en route to your origin address, and again when the truck is headed to your destination.
- Delivery day coordination. We meet your landlord, realtor, or a designated contact if you cannot attend. We place boxes in labeled rooms and reassemble beds.
